How do I get started?

Call me or send me an email. Let’s make an appointment and confer via phone, probably several times, until we get it ironed.

How do I make payment?

· Credit card must be placed on file when the tour is booked.

· 50% deposit will be charged to your card upon booking.

· Balance will be charged at the beginning of the tour.

What if I have to cancel?

· Cancel 7 days before your tour for a complete refund.

· Cancel less than 7 days before your tour, well, bless your heart, no refund.

What will we be riding in?

For up to six passengers:

· Luxury SUV: black on black 2016 GMC Yukon XL SLT

· Heated leather seats

· Front and rear a/c and heat

For 7 to 14 passengers:

· Mini-bus

· Heated and/or air-conditioned

Company Policy


American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa are standard accepted and agreed upon payment methods and must be on file prior to reservation's confirmation.  The credit card on file will be used for all charges, unless otherwise indicated.  Deposits are refundable if cancellation is received 7 days prior to departure. Overtime charges will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet/confirmation/reservation. Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. 

Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportation services for reservations placed with Mr. Jack, LLC by the Client, its agents, and any individuals requesting transportation as an authorized employee of the Client and will reflect costs including but not limited to trip charges, tolls, parking, traffic fines and gratuity. 


Avoid charges for cancelled trips by cancelling at least seven days prior to pick up. Cancellations received less than seven days before pickup will be charged per the reservation request.


Mr. Jack, LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Mr. Jack, LLC is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.). Mr. Jack, LLC is not responsible for missed flights.

During the rental period, the billing client assumes full financial liability for vehicle damage caused by any party members. Carpet, seat or headliner burns - minimum fee of 100.00 and up to $500. Sanitation fee is $250.00 - $500. Smoking in the vehicle is not permitted. This is not at the discretion of the driver. Drug use is prohibited by law. Alcohol consumption during the ride is permitted if no member of the party is obnoxious nor out of control. The driver’s judgement is final.

Passengers must keep all body parts inside the moving vehicle. Refusal to do so will result in immediate ride termination and no refund.  

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity for any reason. 

The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund for either unintended or blatant disregard for the terms of this agreement by any members of the party.

Lost Items

When exiting the vehicle, our driver will ask passengers to check for keys, wallets and phones. Mr. Jack, LLC is not responsible for lost items and, if lost or left items are found, will return them to the client at the client’s expense
